Lord Tim Razzall, the chairman of POS Boxhill (BOX) will still not answer Cynical Bear's 10 Questions. He is still trying to suppress news of the winding up order against his piss poor company. And yesterday he served up a trading statement which again begs the question of what little Timothy is hiding now?

In today's corporate update from Boxhill (BOX) the company mentions the fact that it faces a winding up order but without actually using the words. Boss Lord Tim Razzall is trying to keep this quiet and has taken legal action to gag the other side and stop them talking about it. sadly for Lord Timmy, I have obtained the court papers which I have decided to publish.

In today's bearcast I start with a brief look at Highlands Natural Resources (HNR), explaining why I knew it was a wrong 'un as soon as I saw who its management team included. I have two follow up articles on today's collapse to come but suffice to say that at anything above a couple of pence its shares are a slam dunk sell. I also look at Aureus Mining (AUE), cover Servelec (SERV) and what it says about equities in general. Steve covers it in detail very well HERE. Then it is onto Fitbug (FITB) and how today's scandal at Thor Mining (THR) begs AIM for a big change in the rules to stop mug punters getting shafted as poor Paul Scott was at Cyan (CYAN). I also have another warning of doom and more questions for Lord Tim Razzall of disgraced Boxhill (BOX) - target price 0p.
You can see the two detailed pieces on the Highlands scam HERE & HERE

I start by analysing a very odd paragraph concerning Aureus Mining (AUE) in the Times Market Report. Then it is onto Boxhill (BOX) which is a zero, Lord Tim Razzall you are "in sights" there is more to come. Then it is onto Armadale (ACP), Purecircle (PURE) and FastJet (FJET), oh Duck & Dive where are you? It's time to say "sorry TW was right, as usual - I am sorry for daring to suggest that his analysis was wrong."

Philip Jackson was appointed as CEO of Boxhill (BOX) currently suspended - as noted here - on 24 May 2013 and was, according to the wimpish chairman Lord Tim Razzall, a thoroughly good bloke. Lord Razzall noted: "I am excited by the substantial opportunities that the acquisition of Poseve provides and I look forward to working alongside Phil, James and the existing team." Perhaps he should have looked at Phil's other business interests a little more closely.
